No, in Australia mycelium and any later forming biomass, including rhyzomes and mushrooms are illegal.
If I am not allowed to germinate the spores, are they legal to purchase and possess ?
Yes, in Australia all mushroom spores regardless of their genetics are legal to possess in all states and territories
Once I have recieved my spores, how should I store them ?
This is dependent on the medium your spore selection comes on/in. Spore Prints and Spore Swabs can easily last many years if stored correctly, whilst Spore Syringes may last up to 4-6 months. All times are dependent on the specimens being stored in cool, dry and dark conditions, but never frozen.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
