1. Who Can Order

• 18 + only. We’ll cancel any order if we suspect it was placed by a minor.
• Know your laws. Psilocybe spores are sold solely for microscopy, taxonomy, and collecting. We never encourage cultivation or consumption, and you’re responsible for following local rules.

2. Where We Ship;

• Only to places where our spores are legal; shipments go out “as‑is.”
• Shipping is $10, anywhere in the world. Excluding a few stricter USA states.

3. No Returns, No Refunds

All sales are final. Because spores have a short life‑cycle and are easily compromised, we don’t accept returns.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• You may ask to cancel or adjust an order before it ships; we’ll do our best.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect misuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.

5. Shipping Basics

• Processing: 24 hrs (Mon–Fri).
• Transit: 5–10 business days for most European Asian and American countries. Less for NZ & AU.
• Address accuracy: Please double‑check it; carrier fees for returns or re‑shipments are on the buyer.
